A lot of people won’t lose weight for the last time because they’re just not willing to make it their priority. 

Without shaming ourselves, I want us to start getting curious about what our priorities actually are. Once we name them and commit to them, we’re not gonna want to fall through on them. That means we’ll stop prioritizing other things that simply don’t get us to where we have said we want to go, aka losing weight for the very last time.
