Day 4 exercise: Think about your thought bruise from yesterday and try to wiggle it a little. Can you see that this thought is optional? What are some other thoughts you could be thinking? Remember, this isn't a positivity exercise. It's an exercise in choosing thoughts that serve you rather than pointless thoughts that just cause you meaningless pain.
