We resist, react to, and avoid our emotions on a daily basis and call it "feeling". But the purpose of all these strategies is to get relief. To get rid of the feeling, fix the problem, and start feeling better. It's ironic that we think feeling a feeling is the same as trying to make the feeling go away.
As you can imagine, it's the complete opposite. In this episode, I talk about feeling feelings, what it actually means, and why it's so important that we start practicing feeling our emotions instead of trying to make them go away.
