We all have various triggers for our emotions that are recurring in our relationships. Certain things our partners say, certain things our partners do, or other people's actions can send us into a spiral of negative thoughts and shitty emotions. These recurring situations can be worked on and mastered, but what about the situations we can't prepare for that catch us totally off guard?
