Taking Some Time Off to Find What Works

Wendy Schofer, MD

How often do you feel like you have to be on your A-game all the time? (Oh, not just me?!) Having to work, adult, keep things rolling… gets freaking exhausting.

I took the executive decision to take July off with my family: I was the designated co-pilot on a 3050 mile roadtrip with my sister and the Littles.

I learned so much about what worked during the trip, and how I’m applying that to what I want to continue to do now that I’m back home.

What are you learning about what works for you and your family?

Take a listen – and then drop me a line with what you’re finding out for yourself. wendy@wendyschofermd.com
