Resistance to doing something is a pretty common experience. Sometimes resistance is a meaningful indicator for a pause. Many times, when our goals and aspirations are involved, resistance is an indicator to MOVE FORWARD! It is not a red light, but instead it is a green light to keep going! When we are resistant to do the scary things necessary to reverse our type 2 diabetes, resistance is a key indicator to keep going. The things we want–normal blood sugars, no medications, and naturally healthy living–are on the other side of the resistance we are feeling. Resistance is an indicator that it’s GO TIME!
