Most of us struggle with organizing because we have so many thoughts in our heads and so many ideas of what we need to do. There are people that depend on us to get things done at work and at home. This can be overwhelming and when we feel overwhelmed, we do nothing. We need to learn to sort our thoughts into, “true and useful” or “untrue and distracting”. Once we start to organize our mind, it frees us up to start taking action towards the things that we want to do and the goals that we have for ourselves and our lives.
