Episode 005: Why is Change So Hard? ترک عادت موجب مرض است

On this episode, I'll explain to you why it's always so hard to change and create new habits. The key is not to blame yourself when you face the HUGE resistance against any small change. In fact I'll explain to you how this resistance is a BIG part of our brain physiology and the way it functions.

In order to change:
1- Decide and commit to specific change ahead of time (at least 24 hours)
2- Follow through with your commitment
3- REPEAT
4- Bring in an emotion to the equation to augment the new neuronal circuit
5- Don't judge or blame yourself if you didn't follow through-Know this is a NORMAL reaction of your Lizard brain and it takes time
