We’ve been working through a series on stress eating, and we need to understand the stress first. We’ve started with ourselves: understanding our stress, what we do with stress.

Now we can start talking about helping our children. (After all, we can’t just swoop in and address their stress and stress eating if we don’t have a solid understanding for ourselves first.)
